Process for suggestions, complaints, compliments and enquiries
We value feedback from our patients, their families and our other stakeholders. We encourage our patients or their families to immediately bring any concerns or complaints they may have to the attention of the management or customer care team of the specific hospital, so that it can be promptly addressed and resolved. Compliments or enquiries pertaining to a specific hospital should similarly be directed to its customer care team. Contact details for the customer care teams at our hospitals are featured on each individual hospital’s web page.
Should you feel that a concern or complaint has not been addressed to your satisfaction by the hospital’s customer care team, please contact our central customer service centre at email firstname.lastname@example.org or tel. 0860 NETCARE (0860 638 2273). Please note that the centre operates on weekdays between 08:30 and 17:00.
